Project Description: The projects involved performing pre-launch cluster drives for ATT/Ericsson and also assist in evaluating fill in sites for increased market expansion and capacity. Assist in improving network performance by troubleshooting the RF coverage issues in the field. Moreover, coordinating with senior RF Engineers to investigate and analyze activities related to various communication systems such as GSM, CDMA, UMTS and LTE.

Responsibilities and Duties:

 

Ø           Experience with TEMS 11.0.1 and Agilent 12.0.

Ø      Collecting drive test data for pre-launch using GNG test in Agilent/TEMS.

Ø          Prepared KPI reports for Drop Call Percentage, Call Setup success Rate, Ec/Io, CS/PS origination failures, Handover success ratio

Ø      Perform site verification and missing neighbor detection using drive test data

Ø      Measured RSCP, CPICH power, Ec/Io and other parameters for UMTS network.

Ø      Post processing log files using ACTIX Analyzer for report generation and analyses.

Ø      Analyzed drive data using L3 messages for issues like IRAT/IFHO failure, interference, pilot pollution, coverage hole, coverage overlap, site overshooting and come up with suggestion of mitigation plans.

Ø      Performed EUL Test cases for new carrier integration.
